I have received a defective movie; what should I do?

We strive to offer a first class service. This is the reason for which each DVD is taken out of the system after 5 rentals and passes through our cleaning and polishing machine. In spite of these careful controls, it happens from time to time that a customer receives a defective disc.

In this case, we propose a fast replacement delivery. It functions the following way: Return only the defective disc by writing in large the message “REPLACEMENT” on the envelope or on a sheet of paper. Use the return-envelope with the original cardboard and send us the defective disc. As soon as we receive it, we will send you an exchange DVD as well as a new return-envelope.

What is the Turbo Reservation?

When important movie releases come on the market, some titles are highly demanded. For you not to have to check if the movie is available on a daily basis, we have installed the normal reservations system that guarantees you a delivery of the ordered movies within 30 days.

If you don’t want to wait for that long until you receive your reservations, you can use the option “Turbo Reservation” which guarantees you a delivery of the movies in 10 days, with a surcharge of CHF 2.00 per movie.

Where is my order?

You can constantly follow the status of your order in your account under “Shipping Status”, to see when your order was dispatched. All the orders are sent by A-Priority Post. It happens from time to time that the Swiss Post delivers the movies with delay. We unfortunately do not have any influence on such delays. In this case, please communicate us the delay quickly so that we can prolong the duration of your rentals without late fees.

Why is the Turbo Reservation option not available for all movies?

With the Turbo Reservation system, we guarantee you the delivery of the movie within 10 days. Our system controls which movies can have the turbo reservation according to several factors. According to those, it is possible that we can’t offer this service for certain movies or certain periods. It is the only way for us to guarantee you the arrival of the Turbo reservation within 10 days.
